Teen Tegan - Faces

has a series of stories set in the Edge Chronicles universe, where one of her original characters has married one of the established ones from the books (Raffix Emilius). This is their daughter Tegan (she's appeared in my gallery already as a little kid). Now we get to see what I figured she'd look like as a teen.

I also started extrapolating a bit about her personality. Perhaps I was overstepping my bounds as a commissioned artist drawing somebody else's character?...

But here's what I figure. Tegan's parents are swashbuckling sky pirates, and she's been raised to be one too. But then she enters her teen years and starts to have a bit of an identity crisis. Not the really rowdy rebellious kind, but the kind where she doesn't dress as a sky pirate all the time, because she's not quite sure that's what she wants to do with her life. But she doesn't really know WHAT she wants yet. She's looking for an identity.

Er, that's what I would think, anyway.... Luffwood?
